What makes the Magic Bus different from a normal RC car?

Most remote cars only do one thing. The Magic Bus has 4 modes — including line-following, where it drives along a road your child draws. It keeps kids engaged far longer than a standard car.

What marker do I need for line-following?

Any bold black marker that draws a line thicker than about 4mm on white paper works perfectly. A marker is included in the box so you can play straight away.

What age is it for?

Recommended for ages 3 and up. The obstacle and escape modes are great for younger children; the line-following and remote modes are loved by 5+.

How does it charge?

The bus recharges via the included USB cable. The remote uses batteries (not included).

Does line-following work on any surface?

It works best on plain white paper (A4 or larger) with a bold black line — that contrast is what the sensors read. On other surfaces, the remote, obstacle and escape modes work anywhere.
