These Terms govern your use of wigglewheels.com and any purchase from HYPERNOVA LLC, trading as Wiggle Wheels ("we", "us"). By using the site or ordering, you agree to these Terms.

Products & pricing

Prices are shown in the displayed currency and include applicable taxes unless stated. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors and cancel any order affected by an obvious error.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via secure providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Intellectual property

All site content (logos, text, images, designs) belongs to HYPERNOVA LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence (including UK consumers' rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of customers in their country of residence.
